Please help support Shawn MacRae and Family!

Hello everyone, my name is Will Lamey. I’m Shawn MacRae’s nephew and I’m hoping to help my Uncle Shawn ( age 54) and his family raise money for a very unfortunate medical situation that has left him and his family in financial distress. With your generous help and support, I am hoping to help my Uncle Shawn’s family during these difficult times to help put food on the table and pay critical bills as they navigate through the long recovery process. This past September, Uncle Shawn took a heart attack, which resulted in two separate open heart surgeries. The outcome of these surgeries saved his life, however, shortly after the first surgery there were complications with clots (causing a second open heart surgery) resulting in my uncle being completely blind in one eye and with only 30 % vision in the other eye. Sadly, this is permanent and my uncle will never be able to return to his work as an electrician given his disability. He also has been dealt another cruel blow, as his sternum is now caving in and he will need another open chest surgery to try to reinforce the sternum as to not collapse in the near future.

Your help and support means a lot to me as I try to help the father of three(with two still living at home) support his family and his wife Liza Boudreau, who all have been put through a tremendous amount of stress both emotionally and financially these past seven months.

Shawn has always been an amazing uncle to me and my family. My uncle will probably be upset for doing this for him, but I deeply care for him and his family. I couldn’t think of a better way to help him and his family through the long road to recovery. I understand that everyone has their own struggles, but I greatly appreciate any amount that you can donate to help support my uncle and his family during these difficult times.
