My name is Mary and my partner and I adopted the sweetest kitten named Miku in October. She has the silliest personality, loves cuddling with her adopted brother and sister, chasing lasers, and basking in the sun.

Unfortunately, Miku was diagnosed with Polycystic Kidney Disease at only 7 months old this January. There is no cure, and we don’t know how much time she will have left with us. She is getting supportive treatment with prescription food and daily fluids, and we’d like to make her last months as comfortable as possible.

Between treatment and ER visits, the financial burden has been more than two full-time students anticipated. Any contribution is greatly appreciated as we process this news and work towards keeping Miku happy and playing before she has to leave us. Thank you so much.
