Friends and family, I wanted to share an important update on my dad Marco’s journey and, above all, a message of gratitude. By the grace of God and because of your prayers and support, my dad was able to complete his PET scan. The results showed that the cancer is localized — something we are incredibly thankful for. This news brought so much relief and renewed hope to our entire family. We are so grateful to God.

Another miracle we want to share is that despite how overwhelmed the public healthcare system (SUS) can be, my dad has already been transferred and will have his surgery scheduled for January. This is truly remarkable. In many cases, this process can take 60–90 days just to be transferred to a hospital and begin treatment. The fact that things are moving this quickly is nothing short of God’s hand at work.

As we move into this next phase, our focus has shifted. After surgery, my dad will not be able to work for a period of time while he recovers. Anyone who knows him knows how hard this will be for him — he has always worked tirelessly to provide, and resting does not come naturally to him. The funds raised now will help cover basic living expenses, recovery needs, and financial support while he is unable to work, allowing him to heal without the constant stress of how he will provide during this time.

Every prayer, share, message, and donation has already made such a difference. We are deeply grateful for this community and for everyone walking alongside us through this journey.
