Medical tests for our dog, Sundae

My name is Chris & my husband is Jeff. We live in Lakebay, Washington. Our dog, Sundae, came to us four years ago as a 6 year old. She's a small Australian Labradoodle. She has always been full of energy & a bit of a clown. We love her so very much.
About a month ago she went through some vomiting and then a week later started with diarrhea. It was obvious she wasn't feeling well. After going to the vet, running test, exrays, taking blood, checking fecal, she was found to have round worm which we treated. Her blood tests showed good kidney & liver so that is good. But it did show her white blood cell count was elevated & her albumin (blood protein) was low and her stomach started to enlarge drastically. My Veterinary wanted Sundae to get an Ultra Sound in Tacoma at BluePearl Vet Hospital. Because of the pandemic, they weren't doing outpatient so I had to bring her in as an ER patient. They believe she has IBD (inflammatory bowel disease). This is a life long disease that usually affects mid to older dogs. She's put on a special diet (hydrolyzed protein diet), steroids plus other medications; HOWEVER, they need to do another test & biopsy endoscopically. This test will rule out a possible tumor, diabetes or other disease and will take biopsies from various areas of the colon. There are several types of IBD and each type has its own specific issues & treatments. One type, Granulomatous enteritis is characterized by inflammation that triggers a narrowing of the small bowel. The price for this test is $2000 to 2500. We have spent our savings to get to this point and have no other ways available to come up with this money. Plus there will be other costs to cover various blood tests, serum tests etc.
We can afford her special diet & medications but this test is beyond what we would even be able to pay back. We just want to get this final test & diagnosis so we can feel confident she doesn't have another issue going on & treatment can be more targeted. Please if you can help, we would be eternally grateful!
