Our beloved Rocko recently had to undergo an emergency splenectomy after a tumor on his spleen caused internal bleeding. We were told the tumor could rupture at any moment and he could bleed out, so we had no choice but to act fast. The surgery gave us hope that Rocko would have more years by our side.

 A few weeks later, when we thought we had made it through the worst, our hearts broke. The biopsy revealed that Rocko has a very rare and aggressive form of cancer. The doctors said chemotherapy was the only medical option, but we cannot put him through that harsh process. Instead, we are choosing a holistic path—focusing on love, healing, and giving him the best possible quality of life while praying that God blesses us with more time than the doctors predict.

Between his surgery and ongoing care, expenses have already exceeded $10,000. We are now facing the additional costs of his holistic treatments, supplements, and cancer-fighting lifestyle. It’s overwhelming, but Rocko is worth every single penny—we just can’t imagine our family without him.

 To us, Rocko is not “just a dog.” He is family. He is Andres’ best friend since childhood, a loyal protector, a gentle cuddle bug, and the heart of our home. If you’ve ever met him, you know his soul is pure, loving, and wise beyond his years.
