Reema is a mother of three young children. She is also a student, a dreamer, and a woman who has spent the past months doing one thing above all else: trying to keep her family alive.
Like thousands of families in Gaza, Reema, her husband, and their children have endured unimaginable hardship. During the war, their days were defined by fear, displacement, and survival. Thanks to the kindness of people around the world, previous fundraising helped them secure basic necessities — food, temporary shelter, and medicine — while bombs fell around them.
When a ceasefire finally arrived, Reema and her family returned to northern Gaza hoping to rebuild some sense of normal life. But rebuilding has proven almost impossible. Infrastructure is devastated, opportunities are scarce, and safety remains uncertain. Every day is still a struggle to provide stability and hope for her children.
And yet, in the middle of devastation, something extraordinary happened.
Reema was awarded a scholarship to a university in Turkey.
This opportunity represents more than education. It is a chance for safety, dignity, and a future — not only for Reema, but for her three young children who deserve to grow up without the constant fear of war.
However, receiving a scholarship is only the first step. Leaving Gaza is extremely complicated and costly. Travel permits, border crossing fees, transportation, documentation, and initial living expenses create financial barriers that Reema cannot overcome alone.
This is why we are asking for your help.
Your contributions will help cover:
- Exit and border crossing costs
- Travel expenses for Reema and her children
- Essential documents and administrative fees
- Temporary housing and basic living costs during relocation
- School and daily necessities for the children during the transition
Every donation — no matter the size — brings this family closer to safety and a sustainable future.
This campaign is not only about leaving a place of danger. It is about giving a mother the chance to use her education to rebuild her life, support her children, and create long-term stability instead of depending on emergency aid.
Reema is determined to study, work, and provide a future where her children can grow, learn, and sleep without fear.
