Hi, my name is Phil and I’ve been chasing my football dreams since I was little. Now as a 16 year old, I’ve been selected for a Bundesliga academy program in Germany this August for the 2026-2027 season. My ultimate dream is to be part of the first US Men’s team to win the World Cup, but I know I need to develop internationally.
I work two part time jobs while performing as a top student in high school to pay for MLS NEXT. I was selected for the Borussia Monchengladbach U18 Integrated Academy Program after being scouted at the MLS NEXT FEST in December out of hundreds.
Even though I am one of 3 players selected in the program to get a scholarship, the scholarship is not enough to cover the full costs. Even with my and my parents’ savings and anticipated savings to put toward the tuition, we will not have enough by the time the program starts in August.
We are reaching out to ask for any help that you can provide. We appreciate any support whether it’s contributions or spreading the word. Your help is crucial in making this dream a reality.
This program is a huge opportunity for me to develop in an international environment, compete at a higher level, and be exposed to a new culture and style of football. Funds raised will cover international travel, housing, meals, local transportation, training, recovery and medical support, insurance, visa costs, and daily living expenses while abroad.
