1 month in and Okja has FINALLY turned a corner in her battle against e. cuniculi . She still has a ways to go in terms of full recovery and rehab, but she is making progress every day.

I wanted to see improvement before seeking financial help, to know my efforts to save her were not in vain ❤️‍. I’m a crazy bunmom and knew I’d become number blind if she ever had a health emergency.

So far, her vet bills have amounted to over $12K and climbing . Thankfully this crazy bunmom got bunny insurance, which has covered about 60% of costs ‍. Out of pocket expenses have been over $5K and will continue to be about $1K a month (after insurance) until she recovers.

I am blessed to have had the means to book a last minute return flight and cover her initial emergency room costs. I understand times are a-tryin’ with many causes to support. Any contribution is appreciated and no amount too small .
