Please Help This Mom Transport Her Medically Fragile Kids

This is my friend of 10 yrs, Julie, and her 3 amazing kiddos, as well as their faithful service dog.  Her youngest, Bella, is a Super Sibling to her big brothers. She is a happy spirit & perseveres through everything.
Her boys, Reese and Nick, have been through it all & they continue to keep a positive outlook despite being in chronic pain.

The boys are medically complex & require frequent medical intervention. They suffer with some rare diseases that dramatically affect their daily living.
Spastic Parplegia 12, Multiple Osteochondromatosis, Dysautonomia, Small Fiber Polyneuropathy & Gastroparesis are some of the diagnoses that they deal with.

They have to travel a lot to get the specialized care that is required.
Reese uses a wheelchair most of the time & is hooked up to an IV pole via a central line 18+hrs daily.
Nick uses his wheelchair for distance. He also has a central venous catheter & is hooked up 4 days a week. This doesn't include the hospital trips for transfusions etc.
Due to their GI issues, Reese has a G-J tube & Nick has a G-tube.
The doctors & physical therapists have decided that Reese now needs a fully electric motorized wheelchair. This chair will help him get around better, give him a little independence, and help ease his pain.

They are in need of a reliable vehicle that can accommodate all of them, as well as all of the boys’ medical equipment.
Julie needs to be able to transport them on a weekly and monthly basis to doctors’ appointments, labs, scans, surgeries, the infusion center & various hospital stays.
They need a vehicle with A/C because the boys’ bodies can't regulate or tolerate temperature changes. (They’ve been without A/C in their current vehicle for over 3 years.)
It needs to fit 2 wheelchairs, with a ramp that can lift the new electric chair.
It will need to have space for all of their medical equipment.
Julie has been told by medical transport specialists that the vehicle that will meet all of these needs is a Ford Transit cargo-type van.
They are made to transport 2 (or more) wheelchairs, and will seat a total of 7 if need be. It would  have a plug in the back for the boys’ pumps.
This type of vehicle is tall enough to accommodate the boys’ IV poles with no trouble.
They also carry two 10-gallon coolers every time they go to Ronald McDonald House (several visits per month) in order to store all of the meds and IV bags that the boys need on a daily basis.
The Ford Transit van will provide all of the space and reliability that they are desperately needing.
Having a vehicle that will accommodate all of them & allow Julie not to worry about how they will get to their destinations & back will be a relief.
Being able to transport Reese in his new chair so he won't be in quite so much pain would be such a blessing!
Having enough space for Bella to have her own spot would make her so happy!
Any help at all towards getting this vehicle for them would be a blessing.

This is a necessity for Julie and her family.
Thank you for taking the time to read a little of their story.
