I hope this message finds you well as you read my story and request. I’ll share my journey briefly so as not to take too much of your time.

My name is Marah, and I’m 24 years old from the Gaza Strip. I lived a relatively peaceful and beautiful life before the war. I graduated from university with a very good grade and found a job shortly after. I lived with my wonderful family of eight, enjoying a stable and happy life with an average income.

However, everything changed when the war broke out. I lost everything. I endured the ugliest days of my life. I lost my job, my city, and loved ones who were killed in bombings. My only source of income vanished, leaving me with no money or support.

I escaped death and bombings multiple times, surviving direct attacks. I endured famine for over seven months without the basic necessities of life—no clean food, water, or even a safe place to stay. I lived in unimaginable conditions, fighting death every day while consumed by fear and hunger.

My only dream was to become someone who could make a positive impact on my country and society. I wanted to continue my studies and secure a job that would provide me with a dignified life. However, I lost the financial means to achieve that.

In addition, all the university buildings in Gaza were destroyed, along with my dreams and hopes. Every ambition I held was shattered. I lost everything—both my dreams and the reality I had worked so hard to build.

Finally, I am reaching out with an urgent plea for help. I need your support to leave Gaza, find refuge in a safer place, and rebuild my life and dreams in peace—just like you and any other person deserves.
