Get Minxie the surgery he needs to live!

I found my baby Minx when i was living in clearwater. It was the middle of summer and a neighbor knocked on my door and asked me if i wanted a cross eyed cat with no tail that was abandoned in an apt by a couple that were evicted for smoking crack. Minx had been left in that apartment in the heat, with no food, water or ac for 3 days. He was less than a year old and terrified of everything! As you can see, he has had a hard start to life. As a result of that hard start, he has dealt with asthma and some mental delay. He's forever a baby. Minx is now 7 years old and is suffering from a urinary blockage. He has a stone blocking his urethra and cannot pee. He urgently needs the blockage removed before he dies from either his bladder exploding or heart failure. The procedure is 760$ plus 3 days of in-hospital car with a catheter and iv fluids. Those 3 days will cost around 400+. After that, the prognosis is good providing that he be on a special diet for the rest of his life. Minxie deserves to live out the rest of his life happily and healthy. He should have a whole life ahead of his given he's only 7. Minx has been with me through so much since we've been together. He follows me everywhere, talks back to me, demands his attention and sleeps on top of me every day. He greets me at the door like a dog lol. We love each other so much. He is my tail. To others, he's just a cat. But to me, he is my baby, my only child. He's my everything. He makes my life so much better and because of him, i don't feel alone. I feel like i've failed him not being able to afford his surgery and i would hate for him to die so soon in his life because of my shortcomings. Please help with whatever you can. Anything helps.
