Help Miguel Get Life-Saving Surgery

My name is Miguel and I am 46 years old and I have not been able to loose weight no matter what I have done.

All started with a knee injury that took me about 1 year to recuperate, but in that year I gained about 100 lbs and have been gaining weight ever since.

This has been a strugle and has brought me a lot of health issues, from Diabetes, sleep apnea, congestive heart failure, edema, water retention, chronic knees and back pain, fatigue, depression, etc...

I have tried fasting, keto, and exercise and loose some weight but regain twice as much after, right now im at 475 lbs, this weight loss journey has been extremely hard on me and my family, specially my mother and daughter.

I have been it and out of the hospital in the past 2 years more times that in my entire life.

I am desperate to get the gastric sleve surgery, but insurance will not pay and what I make barely pays my bills.

I feel like im dying little by little and I want to be able to be there for my daughter wich is only 19 and play with my grandsons when she has them, some day.

I hope that someone can help me to be able to live longer.
