Help Matilda attend Eastman School of Music

Matilda has always dreamt of being a professional musician and has the opportunity to make this dream a reality. All that’s needed is a little help from us!

An incredible jazz singer, Matilda has been accepted into the Jazz Voice Degree (Bachelor of Music, Jazz and Contemporary) at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, NY commencing in August 2025. Matilda is currently studying music at ANU. A chance opportunity to audition has led to the offer of a place at one of the world’s leading music schools.

Matilda and her two siblings live next door with their mother Natalie. Matilda’s melodic voice and her tinkling on the piano often float through our common wall and fill our house with joy. Matilda and Natalie are doing all they can to make this happen but time is running out.

Matilda’s talent has got her a part scholarship for the four year program at Eastman. The scholarship makes Matilda’s dream possible… our help makes it a reality. Funds raised will help Matilda get to Rochester and support her while she settles in, finds her feet and ongoing work.
