Hello, my name is Marcus. December of 2023 I lost both of my legs. I am raising four children with only disability as income. I was able to get sockets made properly in February and have not used a wheelchair since. The problem i have is when you first start walking all the time your residual limbs shrink rapidly. I have already shrunk out of my sockets in slightly less than three months. I have an appointment back at Dream Team prosthetics in Duncan,OK June 9-13. I'm still behind from the last time and struggling to make it back. If I wait longer than that my prosthetics will be unwearable and will be back in a wheelchair, trying to avoid that at all costs.
