Help Lyra learn to walk.

We are hoping to access an intensive round of physio and dynamic movement intervention at Easter.

Your help would really make a difference to our 3 year old daughter.

Unfortunately the NHS don’t offer regular physio and Lyra needs more now.

She is still unable to stand on her own or walk on her own.

Lyra was born 13 weeks premature and suffered a traumatic birth causing substantial brain damage. This has resulted in her having Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy and dystonia.

These affect her entire body movement, she has a lot uncoordinated and involuntary movements, spasms, and increased muscle tone.

This leaves her very tired, pained and uncomfortable, even with multiple medications they do not ease these fully.

We would like to see Lyra stand unaided and walk aided or unaided in the future.
