Help Lola beat cancer

Over the Columbus Day weekend, we took the pups to Poconos for the weekend and it was a gorgeous weekend. The dogs had a nice long walk at Tobyhanna State Park and enjoyed the sunshine. Sunday morning before we left, Lola had diarrhea.. we thought it might just been something she ate. She had lunch and even ate the rest of CJ's food. However, an hour later, she was having problems walking so we thought she just really had to poop so we let her out to poop and quickly took her home.

On the 2 hr drive home, she had a little diarrhea in the car but what alarmed us was her pale gums and she seemed dehydrated. Seeing these signs before (from when Lady passed) we immediately took her to Blue Pearl in Forest Hills (it was a Sunday and our normal vet was closed).

It turns out that she had internal bleeding from a tumor on her spleen that erupted... and the vet also found multiple nodes on her liver that required a biopsy. She's had plasma and blood transfusion, an ultrasound, and lots of tests and medications. The vet at one point said she had really low blood pressure and might not make it - but we know our baby is strong. She made it to surgery and her spleen was removed and they cleaned up quite a bit of blood but she was a champ and pulled through.

They also found legions on her liver. The spleen was removed successfully but there are too many nodules on her liver. I am hoping to find some holistic solutions to give me hope and extend her life. She was given "a few weeks without treatment"... Or "a few months with chemo".

She is home now, pretty happy to be with us and her two brothers, but she has issues with her back toes knuckling so walking is a little bit of an issue.

She is starting to eat now (ground beef and veggies, also some peanut butter and small snacks like carob chips and chicken jerky) and is on meds for arrhythmia and pain and also giving her cbd oil. I started giving her some cottage cheese + flaxseed oil (budwig as recommended by a friend).

Going to see an oncology a week from Monday.

I normally would not ask for help but as you all know, our dogs are our babies and our lives and we'd do anything for them. Unfortunately, we don't have pet insurance (which we will now get for the other two!). We have regularly checked for bumps on her (and she had surgery in Dec for two masses which were successfully removed) but we did not expect or think of internal tumors that could happen.

Emergency surgery, chemo and meds for pets cost a fortune and we'd appreciate any help so that she could live a longer happy life with us and her brothers. Any little help to make sure she gets the treatments she needs would be appreciated. Thanks in advance <3

About Lola:
Lola is a American Staffy (Pittie) about 9 years old. She was found on the streets when she was about 1-2 and then found her forever home with me and James. She's a sweet mama and loves people, kids, and most dogs and puppies. She has many dog friends and everyone in the neighborhood knows and loves her. She's very chill and laid back. She loves attention, food, treats, and her laser pointer. She has two little brothers, Duke (Shiba Inu, ~4) and CJ (Corgi, ~6). She also has a bit of separation anxiety and won't go anywhere unless it's with her mom or dad (does not like to be walked by other people and will plop down if tried!).

I'd also like to thank Blue Pearl Pet Hospital in Forest Hills, Dr. Kalafut, Dr. Lefman, Dr. Brett, and all the nurses and vet techs who helped in saving Lola. We were a mess and on the verge of breaking down, but everyone was super helpful and sweet.
