Hello, I first want to thank you for taking the time to read this and helping my dad navigate through this difficult time. It genuinely means the world. All of this happened so suddenly and everyone, especially my dad, are trying to process this news and take it day by day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My name is Jewels Greenlaw, I currently live in Tennessee and am starting this fundraiser as a way to help my dad- or as everyone loves to call him "Lendog!" He was recently diagnosed with liver cancer and end stage Carcinoma; and health complications relating to these. This all started with a trip to the ER for difficulty breathing- he suddenly went into cardiac arrest but the amazing, fast acting, nurses and doctors brought him back. At discharge, he was given a referral for an oncologist....That was the day everything began to change.

My dad has spent his life as a man of many trades. Born and raised in a small town outside of Boston, Massachusetts. Winthrop, MA is the kind of town where friendships last a lifetime and your neighbor becomes like family. Boston has always been my dad's heart and his home. The people, sense of community, family ties and especially being out on the water. Some of my fondest memories are being out on the water with my Dad. He has spent his life working with his hands to build/repair anything he could or lend a hand to someone in need. His sense of humor can cheer anyone up: regardless of their mood. It makes him the life of the party anywhere he goes. Not including his cooking skills for community events and his knack for picking the best songs that you can't help but dance or sing to.

Please help me- help my dad. He began Immunotherapy treatment April 10th. These next couple months will tell us a lot. I'm staying positive because my dad is a fighter

This is my first experience with cancer affecting a loved one and I'm navigating/ trying to learn everything I can. One thing I have learned is no amount of insurance coverage or goverment assistance can financially prepare someone for something like this. Ontop of the emotional/physical aspect of the diagnosis and treatment to come. Any donation or share of this link is genuinely appreciated.
