Hello, my wife Kristina is back in the hospital. She has been in and out of the hospital several times over the past couple weeks. She has been diagnosed with lung cancer and Cushing’s disease. This rare disease is causing multiple health issues including blood clots, and she is unable to control her sugar levels.
Kristinas treatment requires several different doctors, and special medications. This will help with treatment that requires upfront costs, medications and get the tests that insurance does not cover. Kristina is trying to stay positive for our two kids and wants to get on the road to recovery.
She is currently looking at being in the hospital for the next several days, it is unclear when she will be released. Kristina is expected to be in and out within the next few months throughout her treatment.
Kristina has been exhausted and is tired of having test done. She wants to continue her treatment so she can have the needed surgery to have her lung cancer removed during an open lung surgery. This will also help with her home care needs, and I am trying to get her a hair covering to help keep her feeling confident in her own skin.
