I have Congestive Heart Failure due to a heart attack in April of 2023. My family and I have used up all our savings to fight this ruthless and relentless life-changing disease. I've to pay a $750.00 deductible upfront to receive my LVAD device. All of our resources are depleted. I also have been diagnosed with Chronic Kidney disease, an enlarged heart, palpitations, and numerous others. I also need an LVAD device to help my heart pump. I am now unable to work and provide for my family and that is all I want to do. My wife has been forced to stay home as well and find odd jobs when she can to help provide for our family. We've used all our savings on medication costs and office visits. I have a date scheduled for the end of December to have the device implanted. This could be a life saver for me. I am putting my faith in God and asking for any any help possible. We now can not afford medication costs or office visit costs. Every single penny will go toward the cost of the device.
