Hi, my name is Crystal and I'm fundraising to help my nephew Jaylon Green to receive a kidney transplant. He was born with nephrotic syndrome and has been in complete renal failure as of June 2022. Since his diagnosis, he's been hospitalized on several different occasions due to his illness. He currently lives in Trinidad and Tobago with his mother who is willing to be a donor for him.
