Help Heath Beccue Fight Acute Myeloid Leukemia

Megan and Bryce Beccue have three kids, Milo (6), Blair (3) & Heath (1). They have been stationed in California but recently decided to move the family back to Illinois. While traveling to Illinois with the two youngest kids and her friend, Amanda, Megan became concerned about Heath's health. Heath was taken to the nearest hospital and diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia on February 29th. Heath immediately began treatments and the hospital staff is AMAZING. They are estimating Heath's stay to be about a month here at Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City. He is not yet stable enough to travel the rest of the way to Illinois at this time. After this first full round of Chemo, he will hopefully be able to come home and then continue treatments closer to home in Illinois. The total treatment time is estimated to be about 5 months. Each round of chemo treatments will be inpatient for about 28 days. With this kind of treatment plan comes a lot of traveling, being away from Milo and Blair, and routine changes. 

Many people have asked how to help and the first answer is to pray. Pray for Heath and that his body will be able to withstand the chemo and heal how it needs to. Pray for Megan and Bryce, they are so strong, but this is still scary and they still have two other kiddos to parent. Pray for Milo and Blair, that they would be brave and find some normalcy while their routines change.
