Help Ding live comfortable

My 15 year old Mini Aussie Ding has been diagnosed with an enlarged heart and half-collapsed trachea; this has led to a consistent cough every day.  As you can imagine this has become very uncomfortable for her. The vet would like to do more exams to see if there is anything else that we can do to help Ding live her final years happy and comfortable.

I work a full-time job and have a side hustle making/selling dog collars and leashes. However, the vet expenses are much more than I am making. 

**Update... We found out that she has fluid on her heart and lungs. We have changed medications and she is on antibiotics and a anti-inflamatory. She seems to be perking up a little. We will see what they say at her next visit.

Even the smallest donation would be appreciated as I am truly trying my best on my own but need a little help from my fellow pup lovers out there.
