Yohn Family Help at Christmas

Charlie Yohn works as a longshoreman in Panama City Florida where I manage our Port operations for SSA Marine.  Last week it was brought to my attention that Charlie was going through a "Really Tough Time".  I asked Charlie to come speak with me at my office and he relayed a story that touched my heart.  
Charlie's wife Robbin has been diagnosed with MS and requires medical treatment and can no longer work. Charlie has ongoing Medical Treatment for past injuries to his neck, and he and Robbin are raising their Granddaughter that has special needs. 
The medical bills have been piling up and they are 5 months behind on their mortgage.   The bank has given them a differment to get them through the first of the year but the situation is dire.   
Charlie is trying to access the little bit of money in his Retirement Plan but the plan has no "Hardship" clause and can only be accessed 60 days from the last day he stops working on the Port.   This is not much of an option for someone with his immediate needs.

Robbin says they have $ 60 in their checking account and as you can imagine, their Granddaughter will not have a gift under the tree for Christmas.

Charlie and Robbin are good people in a desperate spot.  Lori and I want to help them but their needs are bigger than what we can provide.    This is why I am reaching out to you on their behalf.  Together we can give them a little Light at Christmas and help them through a Really Tough Time.
