I am currently on hospice... and dying... at 27 years old...

So, I am a 27-year-old man who has a beautiful wife named September and 3 wonderful children. Unfortunately, due to health problems, I have not been able to work for 2 years now and also recently was diagnosed with chronic respiratory failure. Now, I am already being started on hpspice care, which basically means that my doctors know that the condition I have is progressive and is definitely going to end with me dying; they just aren't sure of an exact time frame as of right now.

Anything would help... please, please help me get some extra money, especially for my family if something were to happen here soon.
