We are fundraising for the love of Sweet Sofia!

Life literally changes in a heart beat and my dear friend Stefania's life changed in an instance.  She was just told her darling 7 year old daughter Sofia needs a new heart.  

What started off as a normal day for Sofia as her bubbly, loving, happy caring self,  hugging everyone as she went off to school;  later collapsing to the floor turning blue.   With the fast action of a teacher giving CPR until the paramedics arrived and headed straight for the IWK Children's Hospital. 

Not knowing the cause the physicians quickly worked doing a number of tests and explored her heart.   It turns out that Sofia has a very rare heart condition and without wasting any time they are transferring Stefania and Sofia alone to the Toronto Children's Hospital to wait for the only option...  a heart transplant. 

Due to the pandemic and Covid 19 it really impacts the support they will have close to them.   They are are both strong, courageous, brave and positive and I thought by setting up a " Go Fund Me" page to help ease the financial stress at such a tragic time is one small way I could show my support.  So my ask it to those whose hearts this story touched, share their support as well. 

Sofia is such a sweet, funny, caring, smart, loving beautiful girl with a heart of gold but it's not enough..  No donation is ever to small.. Thank you for your kindness!
