Support for Jorge Alfredo's Family

This is Jorge Alfredo, the two month old son of my friend and colleague, Noralis Hernandez.
He presented with a fever late Sunday evening, so Noralis took him to the pediatrician early Monday morning. The pediatrician sent her directly to the ER, who raced them to Critical Care where it was necessary to intubate him that afternoon as he could no longer breathe on his own. Tests revealed that Jorge is fighting not just one, but two viruses.
Noralis is necessarily in the ICU with Jorge 24/7. Thankfully her parents are able to care for Jorge's two sisters. They have not yet been able to remove his ventilator, however they are able to feed him now with Mama's milk through a feeding tube. This emergency is especially difficult for this young family as Noralis was able to return to work for just 2 weeks after 2 months of unpaid maternity leave and she is now on unpaid family leave to care for Jorge.
I've started this gofundme to help her with the mounting medical expenses as well as those unavoidable life expenses that add up whether you're able to be at work or not. She's a conscientious and hard worker (I'm also her supervisor); and an all around extremely nice person. I want to do everything possible to alleviate additional financial stresses so she can focus on the care and health of her baby.
