Disabled by Legionnaire's and now needs our help!

This is our brother Sruli Cagan.  He is the father of 5 wonderful children ranging in ages from 3 to 17 years old. With the help of his wife, Ilana, he had a thriving and successful heating and cooling business both locally and in Upstate, New York. In June of 2018, he contracted Legionnaires pneumonia, a deadly disease that almost cost him his life.  His story spread worldwide, and Tehillim was constantly recited throughout the world.  With the help of Sruli's amazing doctors and nurses at Orange County Medical Hospital, the sincere and fervent prayers of everyone around the world, and, of course, with G-d's infinite kindness and compassion, Sruli was able to be moved to an in-patient rehabilitation center in Upstate New York.  After a few weeks, he returned home, where he is currently receiving outpatient therapy.

Even though Sruli is out of the dangerous condition he was previously in, the disease caused long term, if not permanent, damage to his speech and gross motor skills, greatly affecting his walking, talking and other functions.  As can be imagined, he is unable to work and, therefore, is unable to support himself and his family for the basics of life. The family is trying to help in any way that we possibly can. We are, therefore, reaching out to anyone that can help at this time.  Even the slightest amount will go a long way for Sruli and his family.
