Emergency help for Hayden

Hayden has had health complications ever since he was born it has been a struggle for the past 11 months we have taken him to appointment after appointment (in Portland ) he’s had trouble gaining weight, he was born with a cleft palate and craniosynostosis and a possible tethered spinal cord he has a few surgeries coming up and just had a massive surgery on his skull we’ve all had to take time off and not having any income coming in is putting us in a bad spot!

Hayden has 5 older brothers (ages 3,5,7,9,and almost 11) who can’t see him at this time due to no children allowed in ICU, once he is moved from ICU they can come but we won’t have the funds to get them to and from Eugene and Portland and a place to stay for them. His brothers miss him so bad!!!

I was working up until 2 days before he was born due to falling at work and thinking my water broke. I left my caregiving job with the plan to go back to work when he was 6 weeks and that came crashing down when he was born, and had all these “ issues “ and multiple hospitalization due to failure to thrive! He was born at 5,11Oz but quickly dropped to 4lbs 5oz and needed to be hospitalized and have a feeding tube placed!

I did apply for SSI and have been waiting for an answer from them but nothing has been said yet !
