Royal Wootton Bassett Cricket Club is proud to announce one of our members Harry Griffin, a lifelong player of the club and current second team captain, will be taking on a massive challenge at the start of the cricket season. He will be competing in an Ironman 70.3. Harry will endure a 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike ride finished by running 13.1 miles (half marathon).

Harry is competing this gruelling challenge to raise money for ground facility improvements and repairs on GB1 & 2 and also much needed funds to increase the clubs youth coaches and development program. Harry currently volunteers his time to help coach the u15’s and helps on training nights. He is keen and passionate to continue in the clubs quest to deliver high quality youth coaching to improve aspiring cricketers in our local community. As a club we are immensely proud of Harry and grateful for any donations you are able to give to support Harry on his epic challenge.
