The Scholarship Program is dedicated to supporting the educational and vocational aspirations of children of VFW Post 3579 Life Members. It provides financial assistance to deserving local high school graduates pursuing college, university, or technical and trade school education, regardless of academic standing or financial circumstances.

The program honors families who have sacrificed through military service while recognizing students who demonstrate a commitment to their education, community service, and helping others.
