Harper's Health Update
On behalf of the Nicoll family, we would like thank everyone for the incredible love, kindness, and support you’ve shown our beautiful Harper and our family. Your messages, donations, and prayers have lifted us through some of the hardest days of our lives.
Harper, our brave 3-year-old warrior, responded well to her first round of chemotherapy. However, recent tests showed that leukaemia cells are still present in her bone marrow. This means she has now been placed in the high-risk category and will require a bone marrow transplant as the next step in her treatment.
Unfortunately, neither Jordan, Stef, nor Akira are a match for Harper, so the medical team has begun a global search to find a compatible donor who can give her the best possible chance at recovery.
If you have ever considered becoming a donor — or if you’d simply like to learn more — you can register through the link below. Becoming a donor is a truly life-changing gift, not just for Harper but for so many others still searching for a match. https://stemcelldonors.org.au/patients-and-families/bone-marrow-transplants/
From the bottom of their hearts, Jordan, Stef, Akira, and Harper want to say thank you. They are completely overwhelmed by the generosity that has been shown and are so deeply grateful for every continued donation, share, message, and act of kindness. Words cannot express how much your continued support means as they navigate the long road ahead.
Please keep Harper in your thoughts, and thank you for standing with this beautiful little girl as she fights with all her strength.
With gratitude,
Friends and Family
