In just five short days Hanna met over 50% of her goal contributions. Team Mike's Bikes has offered Hanna a "pro-deal" on a Specialized Tarmac, effectively doubling the funds recieved to date. This generous sponsorship by Mike's Bikes makes any further donations unnecessary.

Hanna Muegge went down in the final sprint of the 2015 Tour of Utah Women's Edition, destroying her race bike and helmet.

Hanna's bike failed and her rear wheel locked up, bucking her out of the saddle. She almost saved it but was thrown to the ground.

Although battered and bruised, Hanna is expected to make a full physical recovery and continue racing soon.  This fund is a request for donations so that Hanna can replace her damaged equipment.

About Hanna Muegge: Hanna races for Team Mike's Bikes and is a fierce competitor on the bike. She pays her own expenses and for her own equipment. She is currently leading several points series in Northern California including the Best Allaround Rider (BAR) competition, the Red Kite W1/2 crit series, and CCCX road series.  

Hanna aspires to be a professional cyclist.

Off the bike, Hanna has a MA in International Environmental Policy and currently works for the Association of Monterey Bay Area Governments. In addition to this internship, Hanna works part time at a local bike shop in Monterey.  Hanna also enjoys hiking, photography, and living healthy.
