Pat Hanahan was born on July 10, 1955. He leaves behind his wife Vicki and children Julie (38), Jason (37), Patrick (30), Matthew (28), Heather (26), and Megan (25). Patrick was a hard worker that made sure to provide the best that he could for his family. Pat was a quiet guy, but if you could get him going he was a great person to talk and joke with.
Pat Hanahan fell ill on the morning of April 26, 2015 and was rushed to St. James Hospital. Upon arrival Patrick went into cardiac arrest. After being revived he was put on a breathing machine and admitted to the ICU. A short while later he went back into cardiac arrest and after a valiant effort by the doctors, Patrick Hanahan passed away.
His passing is incredibly heartbreaking. Pat will miss Heather and her fiancé getting married this fall. He will not be there to see future weddings, grandkids, and other special moments that perhaps some of us take for granted. Pat was only 59 and the family has overcome so much emotionally and financially over the years. With Pat’s passing, the Hanahan Family will now be faced with medical bills and funeral costs on top of their mortgage and other bills. It will be a struggle for the family to pay these bills now and in the future.
They are a strong and caring family. They are passionate about working hard, helping others, and animals. They try to give back just as much as they take in. They do not live above their means and know the importance of a dollar.
This fundraiser will help pay for the medical bills, funeral costs, and anything left over will be used to help ease further financial hardships. These people are some of the greatest friends and family you could ask for. This family would do anything for anyone, even if it meant giving up their last dollar.
