- 911 Emergency. Karina, David and 13 year old Zus have been flooded out in NC. No food, water, electricity. They have THREE service dogs and a cat that are family to them, and it’s extremely difficult ($$$) to find anywhere to go with 3 dogs and a kitty as many don’t welcome 4 pets and charge extra for pets. . A temporary apartment requires security deposit, rent, pet surcharge, and basics like food and utilities are needed.
