- 911 Emergency. Karina, David and 13 year old Zus have been flooded out in NC. No food, water, electricity. They have THREE service dogs and a cat that are family to them, and it’s extremely difficult ($$$) to find anywhere to go with 3 dogs and a kitty as many don’t welcome 4 pets and charge extra for pets. . A temporary apartment requires security deposit, rent, pet surcharge, and basics like food and utilities are needed. On top of that, Karina and David are now unemployed as their places of work were washed away. Thank you for helping! All donations welcome!
