In honor of Dr. Harshad R. Shah's memory and his legacy of giving, his family is setting up a fund to support a charitable cause near and dear to his heart.  He cared deeply about his home country of India and about giving children and families in underserved communities an opportunity to succeed. 

Manav Sadhna is an organization engaged in constructive humanitarian projects that cut across barriers of class and religion while addressing issues faced by socio-economically neglected segments of society. They serve deserving children and mothers by giving them love, respect, a value based education and nutrition. Manav Sadhna believes that if we love all, we serve all. By seeing God in every individual (Manav), mere service is transformed into worship (Sadhna).

During his last trip to India in 2018, Dr. Shah visited Manav Sadhna which is located in a quiet corner of the in the Gandhi Ashram in Ahmedabad.
