Help JJ Focus on Healing with Your Generosity

With the blessing of one of my best friends, Jenny Phillips, this page has come to life to help John (JJ) Phillips and their family with this life-altering diagnosis of stage 3B pancreatic cancer. JJ is an amazing husband, father, grandfather, brother, friend, and the most selfless firefighter I know. What better way to show that love and support, not only through our powerful prayers and good thoughts, but by our means of generous giving through a well-supported GoFundMe page!

This is our time to lift this family up and help relieve some of the burden of the financial stress during a time such as this, so they can focus solely on JJ's treatment choices and healing rather than the worry of medical expenses, lodging, gas, food, and the many other accommodations that you require while your loved one is in the hospital and away from home.

John Phillips and Jenny have been married for 28 years and have 4 children and 2 prized grandsons who are their world. John has been a volunteer firefighter for as long as I can remember, helping the community when they needed him the most. Well, now he is in need of our help. Being the main financial supporter and unable to work, this will help him focus on what matters the most: getting better.

JJ was just hospitalized with what they thought was jaundice, but what they found has shaken this family to their core. Not only does JJ have stage 2 pancreatic cancer, but they have now found spots in his lungs and lymph nodes. We don't know what the future holds for JJ and the Phillips clan, but what I do know is we all need to rally around them and send whatever we can to assist in this horrible discovery, making their ability to focus on spending time together and finding a treatment a number one priority.
