Lulu's LAW and return our stolen family member now

I am humbly asking for assistance in obtaining Legal Representation in order to force the Dog Sitter to surrender our family dog and changing Georgia Laws. I have tried everything possible before taking the offender to court albeit she has left me NO other available options. She has refused to surrender our family dog and she has taken her out of state without notification and has used Covid restrictions to her advantage. Lulu has now been away from her family of 6 years for 15 long months! We don’t walk away from family and won’t stop until she comes home. Today, Feb 10.. is her Gotcha Day.. the day I and a friend rescued her from the streets of downtown ATL.  She has been with me every single day since then.. she travels with me, she sleeps with me.. she’s MY Velcro Baby! 

I had NO choice but to trust THIS referred dog sitter and she’s done everything  to avoid me seeing and obtaining my dog.
