Over the last several years we have been helping couples strengthen their relationships through one-on-one coaching and workshops. But we want to do more!
We both want to get life coach certification so that we can take our workshops and coaching to the next level. The courses we are taking will teach us some very specific concepts like Prochaska's Change Model, gifts assessments, administering the DISC assessment, and challenging couples to set relationship goals.
