Hi Friends,

Over the past season, I’ve been praying and seeking God’s direction for what’s next in my life. At one point, I was considering Youth With A Mission, but after deeper prayer, conversations, and reflection, I’ve decided to pursue Christian Surfers Advanced Leadership Training (CSALT) with Christian Surfers instead.

While I deeply respect the mission and impact of YWAM, I realized that CSALT aligns more closely with the specific calling God has been growing in my heart. I have a strong passion for discipleship, leadership, and reaching people within surf culture, and this program is designed specifically to equip leaders to serve and plant ministries within that space.

I will be completing this training in New Zealand, which is both exciting and stretching. CSALT focuses on intentional discipleship, hands-on ministry experience, leadership development, and learning how to build sustainable, Gospel-centered communities. Rather than a short-term missions experience, this is a focused season of preparation to grow spiritually, develop practical skills, and be mentored by experienced leaders in Christian Surfers.

Although the direction has shifted, the heart behind this journey has not changed. I am stepping out in faith to be equipped, challenged, and prepared for long-term ministry. I believe this season will deepen my faith, strengthen my leadership, and clarify how God wants to use my passions for His Kingdom.
