Support for Malu's Family

Dear family, friends and community of Rachel and Malu,
Sweet little Malu passed away peacefully on the 29th of January at just 9 years old after bravely battling a very rare and aggressive brain cancer for over 4 years.
This kind hearted little girl has brought so much joy and happiness to all of us.
Malu's loving spirit will live on in all of us, however her family are left to pick up the pieces and it will take time and loving support and guidance from their community for them to adjust to this heartbreaking loss and continue on without her.
One way we can support Malu's family through their grieving is by giving a donation to help with funeral costs and respite. It has been a challenge meeting Malu's healthcare needs and mum Rachel has given her undivided dedication to caring for her 24/7 and subsequently all her resources have long since been expended on treatments, medications and making life comfortable for Malu.
It is important we continue to hold Malu's family more than ever in love and support during this time - so if you can donate it would be greatly appreciated!

Though Malu's time here with us has been brief she has touched the lives of many.
To all our friends near and far we would like to warmly welcome you to join us on Sunday the 9th of February at 3:30pm at the Gleniffer Hall to celebrate her life.
Please dress comfy and please wear purple in honour of Malu (you won't be turned away at the door if you can't manage this).
We will take a short walk to the river to send our thanks and our blessings down stream, if you have native flowers you can bring along for this we would be grateful.
We would love to share a meal after the service so please bring a plate of food to share for an early dinner.
All those who wish to speak at the service please contact me beforehand.
