This page was created to support Greg and the Conley family as they work through an unexpected medical diagnosis and the challenges that have come with it.
On Christmas Eve, Greg unexpectedly had a grand mal seizure while at home with his family and was taken to the emergency department. During that visit, doctors discovered a large mass in his brain. In the days that followed, Greg continued to have seizures and began working closely with a neurologist, who determined the mass was likely brain cancer.
Greg underwent brain surgery at UCSF, where approximately 75% of the tumor was successfully removed. Pathology results confirmed the cancer diagnosis of a grade 2 brain tumor. This diagnosis requires ongoing medical care, recovery time, and close monitoring.
Right now, Greg is unable to work due to surgery recovery, physical therapy needs as he learns to walk again, and seizure activity. Greg and his family own and operate a small tree service company, and with Greg sidelined, they are unable to keep the business running as usual. This sudden loss of income, combined with medical expenses and day-to-day family needs, has created a significant financial strain during an already overwhelming time.
The Conleys are deeply loved by their community. They are the kind of people who show up for others without hesitation, and now they need support as they navigate this unexpected chapter. This GoFundMe was created for the many friends, family members, and community members who have asked how they can help.
If you’re unable to donate, sharing this page and keeping the Conleys in your prayers and thoughts means more than you know.
Thank you for supporting this family with love, generosity, and hope.
