As many of you may know, Terry Hill is our soldier of courage and pillar of strength to all around her. Her joy is infectious as she does all she can to be a light of hope on her campus, in her church, at home, and in the community. As a fun-loving high school teacher for special education students , Terry has devoted 16 years to the profession. She gives of her time in service to sponsor clubs like The Step Team and the National Junior Honor Society; volunteers on campus committees and led as Campus Mentor for three years; and actively supports district infrastructure on Strategic Planning and Diversity Committee. Her loyalty to community is strong and unwavering.

Though you'd think she would stop after receiving a cancer diagnosis, but not our little warrior! Terry recently founded TEACHERS FIGHTING CANCER OF AMERICA  501 (c)(3), a non-profit organization that promotes wellness of health through preventive care. The goal is to improve the lives of under-served teachers fighting cancer through specialized consultations, educational resources, and endorsements. With great psssion, Terry stands behind the Susan B. Komen motto that early detection is key.  That makes U
