Stem cell injections
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Kiron and in 2016 I was in an accident where I was shot while dropping off a friend. This was a wrong time, wrong place situation and I didn’t know the person who shot me nor did they know me.
I was told by my doctors at this time to leave the bullet in my back because they were afraid of it causing more damage; and that I would need to come to terms with never walking again. Recently, stem cell injections have been helping many paraplegics with regaining movement and in numerous cases walking again. I have been given the opportunity to start these injections and hopefully relearning how to walk again. I am confident in myself and God that I will learn how to walk again. Since stem cell injections are still in its experimental phase, these injections are not covered by insurance yet so I have been paying out of pocket. I have started my first round at the beginning of April and I look forward to my next round in a couple of months. I appreciate your time and support. :)
