We have been called to "go teach all nations." This year, I have the opportunity to do so in China as an elementary teacher. From February through August, I will be living in Hainan, China, and teach English there for one semester. Although I will be on staff, I do have some expenses upfront, like my ticket, travel insurance, and visa fees. Please consider supporting me on my journey!
Last year, I had the opportunity to go on a volunteer trip to teach in the same region, which was AMAZING. Teaching that one month was literally a dream come true. My friends can testify that China was a childhood obsession of mine; in second grade I became a panda expert, and by age 10, I was a chopstick pro. To this day, my room is still filled with all things Asian. When I left Hainan last year, I knew I wanted to go back.
The first thing I ever remember wanting to be "when I grew up" was a "teacher in China." I am thrilled to have a another chance to be a "teacher in China" at the same elementary school and continue to build relationships with my students and the Chinese teachers. Please consider partnering with me in my pursuit of "teaching the nations." Thank you!
