We are a Palestinian family from Gaza. Since October 2023, we have endured unimaginable hardship. In December 2023, we lost our father, who never returned after leaving to search for essentials. In March 2024, our home was destroyed, forcing us to flee and live in displacement.

Like so many families in Gaza, we have faced hunger, cold nights in tents, and the constant fear of bombardment. We have lost our homes, livelihoods, education, and most importantly, the presence of loved ones. Every day is a struggle for survival.

Despite the pain and uncertainty, we continue to hold on to hope. Our urgent need now is to evacuate to safety. The coordination costs to cross through Egypt are $5,000 per person, an impossible amount under these circumstances.
