Dear Bill W's friends,
Most of you who had the pleasure to know Bill W. knew how much he loved the program, how much he loved helping others and especially how much he always welcomed the newcomer.
In the past 41 years of clean time Bill W. helped hundreds to thousands of recovering addicts in a loving unselfish manner. Whenever Bill spoke to anyone he would listen to them, no matter what, he always gave them his full attention. Bill never gave up on anyone, no matter how many times they may have come in and out of that revolving door.
Unfortunately, Bill W. passed away on Saturday, April 18th 2020
Per the request of his Granddaughter, Cheri and his Daughter, Carrie, I have started a funeral fundraiser to help them cover the cost. Bill W's family was not prepared for the high cost of a funeral, and, with this being such a big loss and a difficult time in everyone's life they are reaching out to his friends for help.

Please consider donating if you can, as any amount will truly help with Bill W. being laid to rest. They need to raise $18,000 by May 30th 2020 or as soon as possible in order to cover the cost of his funeral arrangements.
Bill W. deeply valued the service he was allowed to share with others especially since it was so freely given to him.
If Bill W's family exceed their goals, any additional funds will be donated to the Imperial Alano Club and/or Narcotics Anonymous World Services, this is to let other addicts, in our own communities and around the world, know that hope is available.
It would mean a lot if you could share Bill W’s funeral fundraiser with others who knew him and loved him.
