Glimpsed: Italy - Indie Travel Show
My name is Joshua Marshall, and I make indie travel shows! I came up with the idea for 'Glimpsed' in my bedroom in 2013 and since have taken it accross the USA and Spain, and then had a big budget half an hour TV version made in Amsterdam!
What makes 'Glimpsed' Special? Well it's me doing everything, Travelling, producing, filming, presenting, interviewing, editing - all whilst on the move and with my camera kit on my back! This explains it abit better - FOX news chatted to me in America.
I love organically discovering what cultural aspects makes a country unique. In the US I explored Guns, Burgers, Nascar, Cowboys, Indians, Muscle Cars, New York, Rodeo and many others, and whilst in Spain I discovered Flamenco, Bullfighting, Tapas, Siesta, Fiestas La Tuna and much more!
My next expedition will be to Italy this summer to find out what makes it tick! Perhaps i'll delve into such cuisine as Pizza, pesto and olives, or such subjects as their love of scooters, classical music or Ouzo. Maybe I'll discover all about Roman history and how modern italy was formed, plus take a look at the renaissance and such figures as Leonardo Da Vinci, Gallilao or Donatello. I may also investigate family life, the passionate and fiery Italian language and the role religion has in daily life. I'm also tempted to visit such cities as Rome, Venice, Florence and many other beauitiful architectural masterpieces, including the Vatican. All of this i'll do with my little camera and my vision of making Glimpsed the best Guerilla internet travel show!
I'm aiming to create 10 to 20 (depending on cash raised) ten minute episodes, each exploring a part of Italy's rich culture and discovering what makes it unique. Presented by myself (ontop of doing everything else!) it will be honest, fun and most of all unbiased.

This would be best suited to tourist/entertainment/cuisine style operations. This is Excellent PR and marketing for your company, my last episode is on over 50,000 views and rising.
