Heya! I'm Georgia and the oldest of five. For some time now I have been trying find a good performing arts class for my little sister, but I have noticed a considerable lack of diversity in performing arts classes for kids in the Newham area. They all seem the same.
I have danced and choreographed for global artists such as Beyonce, Rihanna, Wizkid, Little Mix, Rita Ora and many more. You can also find me in the latest Marvel movie Black Widow. Wahayyyyy.
I have also taught dance at various schools over the years including London Fields primary school.
Overview-
After being a professional Actress, Dancer and Performing artist for over 10 years and having trained extensively in the performing Arts for even longer, I want to give back and open the very first Dance and Martial Arts centre for children aged from 3-18yrs in Newham!
This is extremely exciting as it will be the first of its kind and I believe it will be rewarding not only for the kids but also for the community. I want to offer a safe place for little ones to explore their talents and learn exciting new skills that you won't find in your average performing arts club. I want the children and the parents to get a whole new sense of what an after school class can be, using confidence-building and badass moves.
Nothing beats learning exciting new skills to show off to their friends.
Lessons will be twice a week. One dance class, one Martial arts class. (Kickboxing) Tasks will include some gymnastics, yoga and other pop up classes to support the development of the skills learnt. I have realised After training in Kickboxing with the legendary Chris McNeish from Peacock gym and working as a professional dancer for years, these two art forms compliment each other well and provide an incredible arsenal, but they are also just so much fun! We will have some of the best teachers from all over the world. My team will hand-select each teacher to ensure they are at the highest possible level.
Target Market-
Children aged 3-18yrs, vulnerable and disadvantaged young people.
Goals and Development-
Create shows and pieces for children to perform using the skills they have learnt.
We hope to expand to live performances for parents and potentially agents at the end of each term.
We also want to provide mentorship for vulnerable students or students leaving school who wish to continue to have a career in the arts.
Having a creative career is not easy but we have extensive experience in this field, we want to share this with our young people and provide support in terms of the best agents and services to help them get off to a good start. But if they just need help writing a CV we want to help them do that too!
Have a media room where students can use facilities like computers, cameras and editing facilities etc to create content.

Learning dance and martial arts simultaneously, making sure to have lots of fun, discover cool new things, and then showcase them on the big stage. Give the kids something fun and challenging to do instead of the typical theatre type classes out there. Something with a punch; using creative and unique ways to build your child's confidence, we aim to have them passionate and yearning to learn more about these unique art forms and away from their phones. Be bold, be badass, be different is our mission.

Building Refurbishments, mirrors, flooring etc- £4000
Equipment- £2000
Public liability Insurance for 1 year - £150
Public performance license- £200

I know it's a monumental task and a big ask so I honestly appreciate it if anyone is kind enough to help us do something amazing like this! We truly feel the kids need this.
