Bring Jena's Friends Together in Bend to Celebrate her life.

Our sweet, beautiful, strong, loving daughter, Jena B Jacobson, received her angel wings on Jan. 5, 2025. It was 6 days shy of her 36th birthday. Jena had Down syndrome. She had fought bravely through 3 open heart surgeries and other surgeries during her too short of life here with us. We all miss her so much. Her parents Paul and Kathy, her twin brother Garret, her younger brother Tanner, sisters-in-law, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, niece and nephew now have a piece of their hearts with our angel Jena.

We are having a Celebration of Her Life on June 21. 2025 in Bend, OR where she spent her high school years, held jobs and met many friends.

We are holding this fundraiser to make it possible for all her friends to make it to Bend. All money received will go to people who wish to attend but may not be able to because of finances. We will try to help with transportation, lodging and/or food depending on the need. If they request help, we will provide what funds we can.

Jena was the sweetest, most beautiful person you could ever meet. She touched so many lives. I would love to see everyone who wants to share in her Celebration make it to Bend.
